Shipping to the United Kingdom

• All gifts are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24.
• Order will arrive within 2-3 days from placement of your order
• Please note we are a small, new UK business and currently only ship Mon- Fri.

Delivery Exclusions

• Orders can only be delivered to addresses in the UK. International delivery is not available.
• Allow 3-4 working days for deliveries to Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands and areas of the Scottish Highlands.
• Royal Mail do not deliver on Bank Holidays and Christmas Day.

Returns

Please kindly note that delivery restrictions do apply to this gift. 
You can only return this item if it is faulty. 
(This does not affect your statutory rights.)

Order Amendments

We have a 30 minute window for any order amendments that you would like to make after you place your order. Should you wish to make any amendments to your order (such as swap products, change gift messages, change a shipping address, cancel your order, or request a refund) these changes must be requested within 30 minutes of you placing your order on the website. We will try and be as accommodating as possible, but we try to ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible sometimes we aren't able to edit orders.
